Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
Airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EP on HGTV Canada
Each week, Canadians will witness the massive, life-changing home renovations led by the series new host, Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Modern Family). Working alongside Jesse, neighbours, local building experts, special guests, and the series’ designers – Breegan Jane, Carrie Locklyn and Darren Keefe – create customized homes that perfectly accommodate the needs of each inspiring family. Special guest appearances include Anthony Anderson, Derek Hough, Ty Pennington, LeAnn Rimes, OWN’s Laila Ali, Food Network Canada’s Tyler Florence, and HGTV Canada stars David Bromstad, Tamara Day, Tarek El Moussa, and Jasmine Roth. The new episodes will be produced by Endemol Shine North America with Sharon Levy, DJ Nurre, Michael Heyerman, Brady Connell and Jesse Tyler Ferguson serving as executive producers.
Family Home Overhaul

Join HGTV Canada in its quest to pay it forward in a heartwarming, emotional new series, Family Home Overhaul. In each episode Host, Cheryl Hickey (ET Canada), introduces a family that has been nominated by their community for always giving back despite any hardships they personally encounter. Together with Cheryl, 14 of HGTV Canada’s top contractors and designers pair up to meet the family, tour their property and learn exactly what is needed to transform this family’s life in their home. They’ll tackle each project with the homeowners in mind, getting down to the studs and uncovering any issues that could threaten the family’s future. With the help of friends and neighbours, these renovations are perfectly customized to reflect each family’s unique needs. When the family returns, they celebrate their stunning newly renovated home surrounded by the community and reno team that made it happen.

The series follows top real estate agents Odeen Eccleston, Rizwan Malik, Rana Khaled, David Cinelli and Stephanie Adams as they navigate the high stakes world of one of Canada’s most competitive housing markets. These agents are always hustling to land the biggest listings, find their buyers the most luxurious dream homes, and earn their client’s top dollar through transformative renovations and staging. In order for these agents to make it in this hot market, it is all about the buy, the sell and the hustle.

In Season 1 of Island of Bryan, viewers watched Bryan and Sarah Baeumler leave their home and business behind and move their family to an undeveloped island in Bahamas in order to renovate and restore a run-down beach front resort.
Season 2 picks up where Season 1 left off: after a rollercoaster year of construction, the resort’s grand opening date is set just a few months away. With the budget maxed out and more at stake than ever, Bryan and Sarah will have to tackle the seemingly impossible in order to transform the property into their spectacular vision: Caerula Mar Club.
